OK- So I had some difficulty NOT taking photos of chiles.
I admit I have a problem....but I can quit them anytime I want.
I have it under control.

It's time to rationalize..... The chiles just happen to be in the foreground. This is really a picture of the painted cow skull, right?.... No problem here!
Look...I don't want to be that kinda guy, but......I don't associate myself with chile junkies OK? There...I said it!
Chile junky!! Well, I never...
OK- Just because I have a 6 year old red savina habanero plant(hotest chile in the world)growing in my house- that I grew and nurtured from some seeds that I "accidentally" ;-) brought back from a foreign country ...Just because we have a very large hot sauce collection...Just because I make my own homemade salsa every fall and bottle it to get us through the winter...Just because we gave out custom bottles of hot sauce to our wedding guests...Makes me a "connoisseur"...not a junky. :-)
we can get past this. the question is: do we want to?
Homemade Salsa??? Nuff said....I'm coming over! :D
Dave- I think you'd have to come over to enjoy it. I doubt what I make would be allowed to cross the border. It might cause an international incident!
